About us

We are a group of music lovers, teachers, and performers that meet regularly to share our experiences with each other to enrich our teaching with new ideas. Teachers and other memebers of all performing disciplines in music, dance and musical theatre are welcome to join.

What is the CCMC?

CCMC is a senior club with the purpose to advance the interest and to promote the culture of music and the allied arts through study, to aid and encourage musical education, to develop and maintain high musical standards, to promote American music, and to cooperate with the National Federation of Music Clubs in the specific plans for the advancement of music. Further, CCMC provides programs and activities of interest to private music and artistic teachers, and work in close contact with the local college, and others interested in the music and artistic teaching profession.
